The AL-2WC-SEALmachine is a fully automated bag weighing and sealing line with a maximum production rate of 400 or 600 bags per hour depending on the model you choose. The control of the line is done by B&R industrial PCs and Inverters with the capability of remote control via Internet and VNC server. The weighing is net weight with a weighing range of 5 to 25 and a pre-weighing bucket of 78 liters (optional 100 liters). The empty bag supply system accepts 50 to 200 plastic or paper bags suitable for an automatic machine, 400 to 600mm wide and 400 to 700mm long. The closing of the bags is done with double heat sealing while it also has a bag reversing system so that they are ready for palletizing.
