The AL-1WS-300 machine is a fully automated weighing and sewing bag line with integrated PLC, Inverters and touch screen. B&R PLCs offer remote control via Internet and VNC server. The production rate is from 180 to 250 bags per hour, depending on the material and the desired weight. The empty bag supply system holds 50 to 200 flat open-mouth bags, 400 to 600 mm wide and 600 to 900 mm long, made of paper, plastic or propylene reinforced with good knitting and suitable for automatic machine. The type of weighing is gross weight with a weighing range of 10 to 50 kg. The material is transferred to the electronic weighing system, of two Inox power cells, with a twin screw feeder or a conveyor belt , or a gravity feeder.
